Valves
1. Installation
(a) The non-spring valves type should be installed horizontally.
(b) Mounting surface roughness is 6.3S; Its flatness must be more than 0.01mm.
(c) For the O rings of modular stack purpose use, please use hardness HS90 O-ring.
(d) For all pipeline from valves to oil tank, please insert into oil tank and make sure it is lower than oil tank’s liquid level.
(e) When non spring type G02 / G03 are used, please set-up spool horizontally; To prevent from spool turns reversely, energize the solenoid continuously is recommended.
(f) Using the valve by out of permissible voltage is prohibited.
(g) Don't supply power to dual-solenoid at the same time.
2. Oil Viscosity and Temperature
(a) Oil viscosity rance is from 15 - 400mm²/s; Temperature range is from -15 to 70 degree.
(b) Always keep hydraulic oil clean' Filter finer than 25 micron in the tank line is recommended.
(c) Thermal shock may occur if the difference between oil temperature and surrounding temperature is big.
