1. Setting, removal, wiring and piping of pump.
(a) Insufficient bolts or seals may cause damager of leakage.
(b) All works should be carried out after the power supply has been shut off completely and reconfirm the pressure had not remained in the oil circuit. All these are to prevent from danger.
(c) Never use hammer for installing pumps. It may cause damage.
(d) Reconfirm if the rotations are correct.
(e) Limit the deflection of the alignment between the shafts to 0.05mm TIR.
(f) Suction side pressure should be less than 0.31 kgf/cm².
(g) Keep clean for mounting face or mounting hole.

2. Oil Viscosity / Temperature
(a) Please choose oil viscosity at 20 - 50cst, ISO VG32-68 oil.
(b) Temperature range at between 5 - 60 degrees.

3. Filter
(a) Use suction filter finer than 150 mesh, 100 micron in the suction port; Use finer than 25 micron in the main pipeline.

4. Starting
(a) Be sure to fill up oil before starting pump.
(b) Empty the air in pump and pipes.
(c) Clockwise rotation viewed from shaft end is standard type.
(d) To Start with the application with pumps, please assure the accuracy of all hydraulic circuits and wiring.
(e) Please do necessarily act if abnormal noise, heat, vibrations or oil leakage occurred.

5. Pressure and Flow adjustment
(a) Pressure increase of pressure adjusting screw turns right.
(b) Flow decrease if flow adjusting screw turns right.
